1. General Payment Rules

All products and services provided by Rukkng require full advance payment before order processing, packaging, and shipment. No goods will be dispatched on credit or instalment unless explicitly stated on the checkout page. All transaction settlements are final and shall be governed by the payment rules specified in these terms.
All prices displayed on our website include statutory German VAT and all applicable consumer taxes. No hidden fees, service charges, or surcharges will be added during checkout except for shipping fees, which are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Rukkng supports secure, EU-compliant payment methods displayed on the checkout page for all German and European customers. Available payment options may be updated irregularly to ensure transaction security and user experience.
All payment channels we cooperate with are certified by PCI-DSS and GDPR compliance standards to protect your payment data security. We do not independently collect or store your full credit card details, bank information, or third-party payment account passwords.

3. Payment Authorization & Order Validation

When you initiate a payment, you confirm that:
  • You are the legal holder of the payment account, card, or payment method being used;
  • All payment information you provide is true, valid, and legally authorised;
  • The transaction is for personal consumer use and does not involve illegal arbitrage, fraud, or unauthorised commercial transactions.
After you complete payment submission, our system and third-party payment providers will authorise and verify the transaction status. An order is only confirmed valid after successful payment authorisation. Pending, failed, or disputed payments will suspend order processing automatically.

4. Payment Security & Data Protection

5. Failed, Pending & Duplicate Payments

Failed Payments: If your payment fails due to insufficient balance, card limit restrictions, bank interception, network exceptions, or incorrect information, the order will be automatically suspended or cancelled. You may re-initiate payment or place a new order manually.
Pending Payments: Individual transactions may be pending for bank review or risk verification. We will not process the order until the payment status is updated to successful.
Duplicate Payments: If duplicate deductions are caused by system or bank technical failures, we will actively verify the transaction records and fully refund the overcharged amount to your original payment account within 14 working days.

6. Refund & Reversal Rules

All refunds generated from order cancellation, returns, defective products, or system errors will be returned via the original payment method used for the transaction. We do not support third-party account transfers or cash refunds.
The refund processing cycle is strictly in line with German consumer law requirements. We complete internal refund processing within 14 days, while the final arrival time depends on the processing rules of your bank or payment service provider.
For customer voluntary returns, only the product amount will be refunded. Original shipping fees and handling fees are non-refundable, consistent with our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Transaction Risk Control & Order Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, verify, or cancel orders with abnormal payment behaviour to prevent fraud, money laundering, malicious transactions, and illegal arbitrage:
  • Orders with abnormal payment frequency, repeated order cancellation and re-payment;
  • High-risk payment regions, unrecognised payment devices, or abnormal IP access;
  • Transactions disputed or intercepted by payment institutions for risk control reasons;
  • Any payment behaviour suspected of violating local laws and platform rules.
For orders suspended due to risk verification, we will contact customers via official email to verify information. After confirming the transaction is legal and valid, we will resume order processing; otherwise, we will initiate a full refund.

8. Currency & Transaction Settlement

The default settlement currency of this website is Euro (EUR). All product prices, shipping fees, and refund amounts are calculated and settled in EUR.
If your payment card or bank account uses other currencies, the exchange rate conversion fee and cross-border handling fee charged by your issuing bank shall be borne by the customer. Rukkng is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or bank additional fees.

9. Unauthorised Transactions & Customer Liability

Customers must properly keep their payment accounts, bank cards, verification information, and device login permissions. All transactions completed under your account or payment credentials are deemed authorised by you.
If you discover unauthorised payment deductions, please contact us via info@rukkng.shop in a timely manner and file a verification application with your payment institution. We will actively cooperate with the investigation and provide official transaction records.

10. Policy Updates & Legal Interpretation

We reserve the right to adjust and update these Payment Terms in accordance with changes in German financial supervision policies, EU payment regulations, and business optimisation needs. The updated terms will be published on the official website and take effect immediately.
Any disputes arising from payment transactions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. We resolve disputes based on these Payment Terms, Terms of Service, and statutory consumer protection provisions.
