1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As required by German consumer law (§ 312g, § 355 BGB), consumers have the unconditional right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) receives physical possession of the ordered goods.
To exercise your withdrawal right, you must submit a clear cancellation request via email to info@rukkng.shop before the expiry of the 14-day period. A simple return of goods without prior written notification does not constitute a valid withdrawal.

2. Return Requirements & Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund or exchange under the 14-day withdrawal policy, items must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Goods must not be damaged by improper use, human error, or intentional destruction.
  • Returned items must be sent back to our designated return address within 14 days of submitting your cancellation request.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct depreciation fees for items that show obvious signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Statutory Exceptions)

The following items are excluded from the 14-day free return right in accordance with German and EU law, and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
  • Customized or personalized products made according to customer specifications
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Digital products, downloadable content, or service orders that have been fully executed
  • Perishable goods with a short shelf life

4. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

For voluntary returns (14-day unconditional withdrawal): Customers shall bear the full cost of return shipping fees. We do not provide free return labels for voluntary returns.
For defective or incorrect items (our error): If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong products due to our shipping or quality issues, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a free return solution. You must provide clear photos or videos to prove the product defect or error within 3 days of receiving the package.
All returned goods must be shipped via trackable shipping service. We recommend retaining the shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is fully processed.

5. Refund Processing Rules

After we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm they meet return standards, we will process your refund strictly within14 calendar days (as required by German law).
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method you used for the order. The arrival time of the refund depends on your payment provider’s processing rules, which is beyond our control.
For defective product returns caused by us, we will refund the full product price plus corresponding shipping fees. For customer voluntary returns, only the product price will be refunded; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Defective Products & Warranty Rights

In addition to the 14-day withdrawal right, all products sold by Rukkng comply with German statutory warranty regulations. If products have quality defects, functional failures, or non-conformity issues within the statutory warranty period, you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or full refund.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order free of charge before the goods are shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as normal return applications, subject to the return rules above.
